  • Customer service was great here! My friend and I both happened to break our computers on the same day, and since there is no apple in Urbana-champaign we were a little hesitant to go to simply mac. But I am so pleased with how professional and good they are at their jobs! We had apple care so it wasn't too expensive to fix our screens, but the workers there knew exactly what to do and we're fast and good at explaining what was to happen next with our computers. Within 4 business days we got our computers back good as now, screens fixed, and they even cleaned them for us!! I definitely recommend coming here they really are great and the workers are so kind and friendly.
