  • I'm giving this review after patroning for several months. First visit impressed us and compared the lettuce wrap to the quality of pf changs'. The service of the wait staff is always friendly and personable, providing knowledgable service. While we enjoy trying a variety of dishes, the reliability of the product from the kitchen leads to the reason we won't be back...ever. Being our 12th visit or so, we tried a new dish to share (the portions had been very liberal by record) the honey walnut shrimp. Neither one of us could really eat it, the shrimpiness was not pleasant to the pallet. There was an uncommon fishiness to it, we notified our waitress and after she spoke with kitchen, she returned with her own apology but not from the chef/owner. What? We thanked her and without any ability to her discount our bill, paid our chef and will not be back, ever. Granted, we are not the kind of people to throw an outrageous scene for a free meal, it was shocking we received no customer appeasement or concern for losing a customer either.
