  • Very very disappointed with this apartment complex. Its a very very beautiful complex. Was looking for a safe place for my daughter that's an ASU student to live with a roommate. Was informed that if we put a $100.00 hold on an apartment that if we decided not to rent within 48hrs the girl's would get their hold money back. I called the office within 24 hrs to let them know we decided not to rent. I was told that they were unable to give us the $100.00 back. But then I was told to call back and talk to the agent ashley who was the one that helped us on that day. Ok called back was informed there would be a check in the mail for whatever reason couldn't reverse the charge on our credit card. Ashley did inform me that she talked to the Mgr Chris and Chris said check would be in the mail within 7days. Still nothing after 2 weeks.... Shame on you for taking advantage of ASU students...
