  • Went through First American Warranty Company to have repair done. Joe came in and replaced the capacitor and then we walked outside to where he told me the motor fan should be replaced. Told me that he needed to order the part and would be back to replace. I called weeks later and he told Warranty company that everything was working fine. My wife and I were both there to hear him say that he would be back so this was not a figment of my imagination. He even went tapping on his phone saying he was making notes to order. LAZY SCAM artist. I will let First American know to remove him and would recommend everyone else do the same. I will also be contacting the BBB to file a complaint. I would recommend doing the same for others. He must prey on the warranty company customers for his business. Request another AC guy to if you get assigned to him. .
