  • Nice hospital and location but the staff were all rude, unprofessional, and inattentive. I went to the nurse's station to follow-up and they all stood there acting as if they did not see me. They finally addressed me after raising my voice and asking if someone can help me. To top it off, they answered my question with an attitude, as if our presence is an inconvenience for them. We have insurance and a fine one too and to be treated as such is not acceptable! Came here a few years ago as well and the same service I got back then is still the same that I got recently. One would think that a fine establishment like this would take every steps to better themselves as well as their process and especially their staff's way of handling their patients but unfortunately that is not the case. The nurses are very rude. The wait time to see a doctor seems endless. Summerlin Hospital is a better choice.
