Food is decent. Place is always nice and clean. Not a corporate eatery. Seating arrangements might at first seem charming, but kinda suck if you appreciate a little personal space while you eat your lunch.
Been a customer for many years and they still don't know my name -- or ever make any effort to ask. What's ironic is that the family stays safely hidden behind that "Great Wall of China" style deli case, while customers are expected to eat shoulder-to-shoulder at communal picnic tables with complete strangers.
I say TAKE DOWN THE WALL and make an effort to interact with your loyal customers/fans. Lots of us would really appreciate it.
By the way, my name is Mike.
