  • I hired this company on a $49 direct mail offer in my mail box. They came out and cleaned my carpet and of course, wanted more money. They did an UNSATISFACTORY job and did not honor their 100% guarantee. This company we hired on a $49 direct ad special. When the technician came in and saw the dirty carpet, he recommended "DEEP CLEANING" for $365. We said we could NOT afford that much so he offered to do it for $199, so we agreed. When he left and a day later when it was dry, we called the company and let them know the front room was not deep cleaned and it was still dirty. Their guarantee they boast is (100% satisfaction GUARANTEED, if the stains come back, we do too" ... The original technician returned and when he saw the carpet was still dirty, he said he could not redo it UNLESS we paid him the full price that he discounted, he tried to extort us for more than we agreed to pay and said he would not redo the job. When we called/emailed and complained to the Supervisor/Owner, they said they would handle it. They never as much as returned my calls, emails to proceed with the issues at hand. We are left with a half clean and half dirty home because of this. I stand to lose my security and cleaning fee deposit with my landlord if not rectified. We are on our hands and knees trying to clean these filthy spots with over the counter cleaners to try and remove the dirty stains that remain. We have turned them over to the BBB and have asked for a full refund of services that they did not guarantee. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they present themselves as a FRAUD. And Owner Esvin R, you have the unmitigated gall to refer to customers who dislike your service LIARS. I hope and pray they take your company to small claims. You should be put out of business for the practices you perform. Slam dunk. And to the person who's white carpet turned pink, please take the time to take these people to small claims and mitigate your damages. This will go on file with the BBB, and they can't rip anyone else off in the future.
