  • In store the staff is great! Once you have to deal with customer service it becomes a brutal experience. They listen enough to give a stock answer. No one I dealt with took any initiative. Took a week to be delivered, after it was shipped. The product is very well priced but you loose any real service. I doubt I'll be returning.
