  • Yet another horrible car dealer in the Vegas Valley area. The process started out okay once I got Fonda from the internet sales department to show me a 2018 Camry. She had a pretty limited knowledge of the product which is fair because this is a brand new car that I think they had had on the lot for like 3 days maybe. Before we went back in the office she asked how I would be purchasing the car and I told her cash I would be writing her a check from USAA for the total of the car. Upon sitting down at the table inside she whips out a credit application and begins filling out my name address and information on it after I already told her I did not wish to finance the vehicle. When I asked her why she was filling out a credit application in my name she said oh this is what we do. I told her to stop and then I grab the credit application and tore it up and ask one of the other gentlemen to put it in the shred box. She rolled her eyes then went over to the desk where her manager a little short grey-headed man named Jacob was sitting there plugging away at the computer. After about 15 minutes I walked over and asked if they had something good for me then they handed me the buy order for the car. Jacob the sales manager for the internet services had a little bit of an attitude and said this is the price you're going to get it for. After I went to grab it to take it with me, Fonda the internet sales lady snatched it back from me and said you're not allowed to have this. Okay highly irregular as this is the sheet that I'm going to use to base my decision on who to buy this car from as there are two other Toyota dealers in town. Now she is acting very snotty and I asked her okay can I please get the movie tickets for the Yelp check-in. She walks me up to the front desk and after waiting for the receptionist the receptionist asked me to print it out so she can see it. I then had to explain this is an app called Yelp and what to do xcetera on how to redeem it. Finally after that the receptionist reaches in the drawer pulls out the little coupons and hands it to me and then Fonda just walks away no goodbye no nothing. Even if the store has the lowest price by a couple thousand dollars I would never buy from them based on this terrible customer service I can't imagine what it would be like had I already purchased the car and trying to get service from these people look elsewhere if you're looking for a Toyota. And I better not see a credit pull from this place as I did not authorize anything nor fill out a credit application but judging by how this woman was filling out a credit application on me without my consent I wouldn't put it past them. pretty sure that's actually illegal to do.
