  • I do not recommend this service. When they first started cleaning our pool, the service was really good. But then it went down hill after the tech who serviced our pool left the company. Our pool is overrun with algae and the water is cloudy. As you can see by other reviews, my complaints are not unique. We were told if we drained and acid washed the pool last year, this would clear up our algae problem. It didn't. Then recently the o-ring in our backwash valve needed to be replaced, When the pump ran, tons of water leaked from the valve. I called and asked for that to be fixed, and a whole week went by with calls from both my husband and myself, promises to come out by Johnson Pools and then no response. As a result, we haven't been able to run our pump for a whole week in over 100 degree heat. I'm sure you can imagine what our pool looks like. This was the final straw for me, and we have fired Johnson Pools.
