  • The worst experience ever !!! Urgent Dental gave me a price I agreed to They started the work on my sons root canal and because they accidentally broke their tool in my sons mouth and couldn't remove it they stoped working and said sorry we broke the file in his tooth and can't get it out Im sorry you will have to see a specialist after we had to make another appointment to fix their mistake by the specialist we were informed we had to go back to urgent Dental to get the crown put in Urgent dental told us when they broke the file in my sons mouth that they had made his permanent filling and when we were done with the specialist to come back for them to complete their job We went back but instead of putting it In and finish they actually didn't have it and only started to do what they needed to do make the filling and told us we would have to come back AGAIN and oh by the way it will cost you $1,300 more than the original quote ?????? $1,300 more because THEY broke a file in his tooth When I asked Karen the receptionist why do we have to pay more because of their mistake she replied you don't ... no one made you come back ? Poor customer services poor service period and on top of that they are literally ripping people off I have NEVER wrote a bad review for anyone ever but felt strongly the public should be aware and Karen's boss should definitely have a talk to Karen about how she communicates with their Customer's
