I came here around 9:15pm on a Sunday, so of course I'm basing this review on the gym when there's low traffic. The building is free-standing which is nice, since going to a place in a strip mall can sometimes attract people who are narcotically gifted and so-on. I definitely felt safe walking up.
The machines are older and still say "24 Hour", but I actually don't care about that since they work just fine. Also, my favorite part of this location is their floor area which has a bunch of fun equipment like warrior ropes, tires, and weighted balls. Another plus- the chlorine smell from the pool is strong but it overpowers that nasty gym smell that usually comes with a bunch of people sweating in a room.
The only real downside was the lack of cleaners (there are some foam containers that could be mistaken for hand sanitizer)- or signage instructing people to clean- since it seemed like nobody was wiping down the equipment after use. Yikes!
