  • The help seem to be agitated or unhappy. Very rude and short with the guests. We had a beautiful view of the Strip from our 30th floor suite, but the window was so filthy, you couldn't see it. We ended up with a suite because they didn't have the 2 queen room we reserved. The odds are not to good here either. We went downtown to play
