Food is fairly priced for an upscale menu and always spot on. Every time I go to the Palm, I always get the Nova Scotia lobster. This is probably my favorite place to go to satisfy my lobster cravings . The bone in Ribeye was nicely prepared, and went well with the lobster truffle butter that we ordered . I loved the garlic mashed potatoes ! The service was ok. I mentioned that we had a bday at our table, but the lack of communication from hosts to server was disappointing. We received our desserts with no candles and so, awkwardly we had to ask for a candle so that a bday picture could be taken . It just showed an apathy on their part. Rafael, the Busser was awesome . He was attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we were ok. He was probably the only positive looking person here. Most of the staff seemed like they just didn't want to be there today. I probably won't go here to celebrate special occasions anymore. It's more of a place that you can go to splurge a bit and casually dine. All in all, I still have the yummy taste of the Nova Scotia lobster in my mouth! Very happy!
