  • This was my first time going to this salon, I went there because they had good reviews, I booked my appointment online on January 23rd , I received a conformation email with the date I picked Thursday January 25th 2018 at 11:00 am . I arrived at the salon at 10:41 for my appointment , I was informed by the receptionist that my appointment was booked for 10:00 am , I showed her my confirmation email for 11:00 . To which she said well that's human error when you didn't show up I thought you weren't coming, also you booked the 23rd which is last minute this other person booked on the 11th so your appointment was last minute ( how can I show up to a time I didn't pick nor have confirmation for ??? Also what does it being closer to the date make it less priority or make it my fault that there was an error ??) . She proceeded to tell me well it's a tight fit today camila is all booked up I can squeez you in with zuzu at 11:45 but we won't have time to style your hair because we have another client ( I then asked about zuzu she said her and the other stylist were " similar " what ever the hell that means ) . I then said I don't understand how you can not style my hair since I booked a style and cut , she then says well we can style it I'll just make the other person wait . I then thought okay I'll see and booked for 11:45 but I thought about it and thought it was incredibly rude that you were going to make some person who had an appointment wait because you had " human error " . I went back in and asked her to cancel it , I heard her say sorry one time during the whole conversation , and she didn't even try to win me as a customer by being polite or say anything to appease my irritation . Her name was Denise the receptionist, over all I am not impressed by the service and I wouldn't feel comfortable here even if I had stayed for a cut . I am posting the email I got for confirmation below . I hope they are nicer to other newcomers .
