  • Beyond frustrated right now! I have a 10am appointment. I drove from Henderson (Stephanie/215). I am paying a babysitter $10/hour and I get here at 10am and doors are locked. Been sitting out here for 30 min now. Calling and line is busy. Knocking on the door and a girl keeps peeking out at me from the back room and then hiding behind the door. This is so disrespectful of my time and money! The business hours posted say 10am. I hope everything is ok because I've been here before and have always had professional treatment. I would hope that the person hiding in the back could at least acknowledge that I'm here and let me know what's going on. Leaving for vacation tomorrow, need my nails done, and not sure what to do!
