  • The worst Starbucks I've ever been too. First they don't have a system to do rewards FYI. I ordered an iced chai with extra chai, literally every other Starbucks I go to have never once charged me for extra chai. I've gone to Starbucks in the hotels on the strip and they've never even charged me. So when I saw the extra (the base price is more expensive there too) charge he said that after 9 pumps there's an extra charge so I asked for 9. He makes it and when he does the pumps the are not full pumps and when I tasted it all it tasted of was milk with a hint of the flavor. I went back and told him and he told me if I wanted anymore I'd have to pay. I told him to give me my money back and I left. I don't know how this one continues to stay open. The time before this one I tried to get two different things and they were out of ingredients for both item, mind you they were only Frapuccinos..... Steer clear of this one, go to the hualapai & desert inn location down the road....it's worth not putting yourself through the frustrations you would have at this one.
