Prior to my reservation date I had spoken with Alex asked Enterprise to pick me up from the body shop promptly at 10 am and to have a comparable vehicle ready for me. I drive a Chevy Tahoe. The shuttle was late picking me up from the body shop and they did not have even a remotely comparable vehicle ready for me. Elise told me that they sent their large vehicle to "get the oil changed." She said she wasn't sure but that it might take ten minutes. The insurance company of the woman who rear ended my vehicle had already paid Enterprise for the comparable vehicle. After waiting for a long time and missing a doctor's appointment I spotted a woman returning a vehicle and asked that they give me that vehicle. They still tried to pressure me into taking a less expensive vehicle from their fleet. I ended up waiting an extended amount of one and leaving in a dirty car. There were tons of people working at the office which was great but they were entirely unprepared and wasted my time.
