  • They over promise and under deliver. The software works fine to collect linkedin connections. Based on conversations with Linkedin it violates their terms and conditions. While the software might be OK the service is the worst. Absolutely horrid. They have convinced me several times to remove reviews after a year of paying them and struggling to get the software working. So they comped me. Ok still not ecstatic about the software but I'm expanding my linkedin connections so fine. However, I moved my office software stopped working on December 13th. Alex said he'd deliver another key. A week later he's asking why I've not been paying. Had to go back to 100s of emails to find the promise of months of comped services from an employee that (you guessed it) is no longer working there. Sent that over and no response. Here it is Jan 17th and despite unanswered skype messages and emails. Still no resolution. This time the review is staying. Over priced, risk getting your linkedin account permanently suspended, and the absolute worst services I've ever experienced. Not worth the headache and definitely not worth the price tag! Stay away!!
