  • There was a fire in my apartment Wednesday night. Thankfully the only serious damage was to my laptop (the battery exploded and started the fire) and to the couch. Dust from the extingsuisher and smoke got on everything. I have asthma and it was difficult for me to even walk through the room and breathe. Thursday morning I filed a claim with my insurance company. The same day a Representative, Scott, from Arizona Fire and Water Restoration was out measuring and taking pictures. He was very professional and kind. When I explained to him that my work schedule is erratic and that it is very difficult for me to take time off on short notice he put in extra effort to get a cleaning team scheduled the next day. This morning a cleaning crew arrived followed by someone to clean the floors and carpet. They are prompt, professional and doing amazing job. Thank you!
