  • Terrible service at this store. Last Sunday I was looking for an employee to ring up a purchase for me in the men's department since there was only one visible register open and there was a long wait. An employee passed by and I asked her if she could help me and she curtly responded "I'm on my lunch right now", and when I asked another employee that was following the first one she flat out said "no". If you have to go to this mall, shop at Dillard's instead, and if you insist on shopping at a Macy's in the Phoenix area, I would recommend either Biltmore or Scottsdale.
