  • DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!! I tried ordering on there website polisheats.com They do not ship ups ground to Oregon. When I call to verify I was told that I could ship to Oregon using UPS Ground but it may not be frozen still but it didnt matter because it is cured meats so I should be fine. This was this Thursday. It was a Christmas gift for my parents. Than I get a call from Diane the owner saying she will not ship the items because it will spoil. She was not accomodating at all and commonly mis pronounced words (she blamed it on her accent and region and said most people in Ohio mis pronounce words....WOW) . She also said that she knows what was said in the conversation I had the previous day and called me a LIAR!!!! Than said she will listen to the tapes, than later revealed that there was no tapes. This is a shady un-educated place and should be avoided.
