  • I am so unbelievably grateful for this store! After 2 hours on the phone, I talked with 8 different people because my initial package that was installed less than a day ago got completely turned on its head (that's the short story). I was so frustrated with how nobody knew the history of what I was promised and how unwilling they were to work with me to get my original deal back. I went to the Cox store and was greeted at the door and was then helped by an angel named Joey. He was so kind and sympathetic to the nightmare of a morning I had dealing with Cox on the phone. He was able to get my original deal back and said he would take care of the $100 installation fee I was wrongly charged of. I can't even explain how thankful I was (and still am) to Joey and the rest of the Cox store. I was so thankful that I bought him a pizza haha If you have problems, skip the headache and wasted time on the phone and go here! Thank you Joey!!!
