  • My brother and I moved from Massachusetts and we examined carefully what apartments Henderson and Las Vegas had to offer both in terms of being close to shopping, medical facilities, restaurants, etc. Chateau Calais had all of these items but what was more important, it had a regal look and feel. When you enter the gate you see a lovely fountain with gorgeous flowers around it and they keep them fresh all year round. The remaining grounds are beautiful with lovely trees and bushes that flower as well; and the views of the mountains are breathtaking. You feel safe and walk at any time of night, meet neighbors, sit and talk. Located in Seven Hills, it is the premier area of Henderson. The price may be a little more than other areas but it is sure worth it. The staff in the office and maintenance are always courteous and bend over backwards to keep you happy. Desiree, the Office Manager, is by far the most efficient apartment manager we ever had to deal with. She is totally dedicated to maintaining a community that works together in harmony. Every detail is handled with the tenant in mind. What more could you ask for. We were sorry to leave, but when the time is right and we want to leave the snowy winters, we will return to Chateau Calais. We are sorry we ever left! .
