I have been a customer since 2012 and will be taking my business elsewhere. I placed a BITGIT order and didn't receive it for a week and a half. When I emailed to ask for a shipping refund I got no response. I decided to give them another shot and my order was delayed again. Still no response to my communication. They claim the VIP program gives better access to customer service but it isn't better. Bad customer service. I need a reliable company to handle my clients orders. I lost customers because of them.
