rev:text	I have been here twice and twice i have left super upset and almost crying. As a new mom I was told I couldn't bring a cart into the store with my baby in it. Surely a lot of customers here are moms so that doesn't make sense at all. The lady behind the counter deterred me from shopping there because of that, so i walked out. Today as few months later i thought i would try again, this time without a cart, i was just carrying my 20 lb baby myself in her carry cot, super heavy. When i asked where a certain item could be found i wasn't even given any help and was basically told to go find it myself and they didn't even know where it was or anything. Eventually after carting around my 20 lb baby and carrying my items to the counter, myself, i was told i needed one more item in order to qualify for my discount. i told her please could she go get another one of the same for me and she looked and acted like it was a HUGE inconvenience for her. i told her i didn't want to leave my baby on the floor by herself, (since the last time i was told i could't bring a cart into the store.) I was then told the didn't have enough of the item i wanted so i said i would just leave it and buy it online, and i have to say the lady behind then counter made me feel super small. Basically this lady has to go. She had no customer service skills and this is twice i have left without making a sale feeling hurt and belittled by her. i have worked in customer service for over 20 years and has never seem anything like it. she makes me scared to set foot in this store. Not a good look for new moms show shop there. I would highly recommend staying away.
