  • The bull riding is great on Wed and Friday nights! Bartenders are great and work so hard especially on game days. Food is ok. Nothing to brag about. Cheese curds are good and very much like Wisco taste and texture. Brats are not like Wisco at all and was not a fan but maybe it's different out here in the wild west. All you can eat bbq could use some work. Wasn't all that great. Meat was fatty and lots of bones. I have a great time here and the atmosphere is fun. Now here is the issue... Organization for the events needs to be better. I made reservations 3 weekends in a row. All the reservations were messed up. I called several times each week starting early in the week to confirm my seats and never got a call back. The first time I got there and was put in the vip room which was fine. I got there at 1130, got seated and then went down to the bar with my family. Came back up to vip room about 2 right before the game and people were in our seats. Which is fine but we nicely asked them to move and they claimed they were given those seats. So we moved down Cuz they were starting to cause a scene and I didn't want to fight and ruin the day. Had somebody just told us hey we moved to u guys down a few seats then it would have been avoided and no awkwardness at the table. Anyway we got over that..made reservations for the next two weekends and again no call back to confirm. We showed up and we had asked for Bar seats in front of a TV and they didn't have our reservation. Alright. Frustrating. They did squeeze us in at the bar but we had to stand for 30 minutes before they made 2 people move from the spots even tho we made reservations. Several other people had problems with their reservations as well. I hate to complain too much Cuz in the end it was fun, the Bartenders and atmosphere are great. The even organization needs a lot of work though. The tent set up this last weekend was also a disaster. One TV, not enough wait staff. People kept coming in from the tent to order at the bar and hovering over myself and others, spilling their drinks all over us. Hopefully next packer season and future events will be planned Better. Jackie is a nice girl but maybe needs more help with reservations and a better system for keeping track of reservations and phone numbers.
