  • Had to run my aging kitty YoYo here on a Saturday night, They got her right in while I filled out paperwork, then Dr. Heinsch came to talk to us, she had her medical files faxed from our regular vet immediately and was able to make YoYo comfortable over night while she waited to follow up with our regular vet. The front staff was friendly, fast, and professional. The staff in the back, including Dr. Heinsch, were compassionate, informative, and made me feel comfortable with leaving her in a strange place, they told me I could call or come by and check on her anytime through the night. Dr. Heinsch even called me a 2 am to let me know that YoYo was resting comfortably and tell me the results of her blood work! I highly recommend this emergency clinic!!!
