I'm half Italian so I grew up eating pasta which is why I think as an adult I don't eat a lot of it. That's until I found OCP that is. I don't know what addictive ingredient they put in their pasta but oh my gnocchi is it good! I've used it in tomato based dishes, Asian stir-fries and paprikash / stroganoff recipes. I've had various flavors of the ravioli and even gifted it to my Italian mother. This place can do no wrong in my eyes. Even if you just cook some plain spaghetti and add butter it will such a magical dish. Great! Now I'm hungry!
