| - Let me just start by saying I've been going to European Wax Center for a few years and really like their wax and their technique. However, I've had a brazilian at this particular center several times and twice I've gone home with what can only be described as "peach fuzz". I don't know why it keeps happening, but as I've never had that issue at the other European Wax Centers, I can only assume there is something wrong with this center.
Second, I feel I HAVE to comment on the fact that they are all about selling things. You absolutely can not get out of there without them trying to sell you package deals. My waxing technician also attempted to sell me their serum, exfoliator, and skin lotion. The worst part of that, is that when they walk you up to the front, they just pick up a bottle and tell the front desk to ring it up with your order. They never ask if you actually want it, they just assume you are going to take their suggestion. I've had that happen to me at two of their locations and it's completely annoying and rude in my opinion. I have to constantly watch them so I can tell them no, I'm not interested in your overpriced product, please don't ring it up with my overpriced wax.
I have to admit though, other than those two times, the waxing itself is way less painful than anywhere else I've been and they do a good job for the most part.
