  • wow... ive heard this manager was rude but didnt experience anything myself. My guess was cause he recognized me. I just made a call to esquire if he had a peppermint essential oils, he huffed and answered Yes. Then i asked him if he could confirm the price as i also heard how high he charges and i wanted to compare before heading down. I am down with the Flu so i didnt want to go check in person. He replied with "we dont do price check for customers". I replied with "excuse me? " he repeats.. only for me to answer with "how do you expect customers to know the price" , "come in and check it out yourself" he replies.. I immediately laughed , said that he was hilarious and proceeded to hang up.. Pathetic customer service with a poor selection of products.
