  • Pho is always my go to meal, especially when it's a little chilly and gloomy out--it just screams pho weather. :) I love coming to this place for my pho cravings mainly because of the generous serving of meat that comes in a small bowl and the super tasty and tangy broth. The broth is what makes it or breaks it for me when it comes to pho and I can honestly say that Pho Mai Lan, does their broth RIGHT! I barely have to put any hoisin or limes to get it to my liking. Another thing that's a must have item on their menu is their Vietnamese style coffee. I am literally fueled by coffee alone so I take it pretty seriously lol ¯\_(?)_/¯ it's brewed traditionally and comes with the right amount of sweetened condensed milk. A great time to come here is definitely during lunch because their regular beef pho and chicken pho bowls are just $5.00! With the temperature slowly decreasing, pho weather is everyday, So head on down to Anthem and give this gem of a place a try! :)
