  • Worst customer service ever- I did not like the way I was being talked to. I had asked one simple question regarding oil changes and I was given an answer to which the guy made me feel was the stupid question ever. Nothing was discussed with me about cost except I said I was using a coupon for a flush. When I went to pay i was given a price with out the coupon and and when I mentioned the coupon they guy looked frustrated with me that he had to redo the math. Their print outs are horrible with explaining the true costs of things. They said they would never use synthetic oil in a 7yr old car, almost that that was the stupidest thing they've heard of, that conventional oil is the only thing it needs. Ummmm yeah that's not what dealerships say- you can put synthetic in anything! I was told I desperately needed needed brake pads that they were in the red zone and I went for a second opinion and I was told my pads are normal.
