  • My boyfriends friend moved into the rancho apartments within the last week and had us come over to do a housewarming party. His apartment was about 800 square feet, 2 bedroom - pretty standard apartment had a couple dings in the wall and a couple stains on the carpet, for just moving in it was not up to my standards. The location is centralized even though its right off of Eastern Avenue which is a madhouse between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. The cool thing is it's pretty close to parks and lots of shopping. Plus he's super close to daisho sushi which is a great sushi spot on the corner of warm springs and eastern. I give this 3 stars because it's not really well put together and seems a little shady but for a single male it's probably a good place to be.
