This is strictly a review on the lack of empathy the General Manager of this location has displayed to me .
I was told each studio is owned and operated by a individual , so with that being said I would think that they would understand certain things come up out of our control, but even though I have explained my daughter has medical issues, has undergone two major surgeries with in just a few months apart. As well as now I am moving , she has not once expressed any concern for anything else but the contract , that I need to have a 30 day notice, as well as my payment will be processed so I can then utilize it else where.
Honestly , do you think this is my priority!!!!

If these are individually owned then shame on this owner for having a staff member who clearly lacks in every department other than being money hungry !
I understand contract are in place for a reason, but seriously , this is just upsetting to me beyond everything else I have to deal with !
