  • Canada's answer to "Supercuts," Top Cuts offers basic haircuts and services for those on a budget or in a hurry. I tried them once and that was enough. Was in town on business and needed a cut badly, but the stylist cut my hair too short on the front, resulting in a very bad cut that took a while to grow. For better service, try House of Lords a few blocks down Yonge Street.
