  • Stayed at MGM Grand for work over 3 days and tried to book a massage but to no avail. Was told they were super busy due to the convention and the spa was packed full. Our bus let out next to the spa during the afternoon and I wandered in to ask for a day pass. 2x I was told they were fully booked and unable to accommodate me. I finally called the hotel spa manager and asked if they were truly packed and I was told that they were and they would allow me entrance and were truly sorry that they had not been able to let me in. I went down and guess what....less than a handful of guys in there. I didn't realize how claustrophobic the spa was. 1 tepid pool and tiny steam room. The lounge area was small and no cold water. Bottled water was offered at room temp. Don't waste your time or $ here. Should have asked for my $ back!
