rev:text	Was very excited to see a Jamba Juice open in the University area as I have one near home in Concord. This review is after the third visit to this location. The first visit was great and as expected from my previous experience with Jamba Juice. I had a wonderful Banana Berry with a vitamin boost and it was delicious. The second visit was a little off-putting. I had ordered Oatmeal and the server told me it was not yet ready and should be ready in 10 minutes. I told him that was not a problem and waited. After 15 minutes he told me it was still not ready and needed another 5 minutes. I had somewhere to be but told him I would wait. After 1/2 an hour I finally got my order (with a banana berry smoothie) and had to take it to-go as I was running behind, when I got a chance to eat my Oatmeal I found that it was partially undercooked and lacked seasoning. This was steel-cut and requires more time than the normal old-fashioned. The server offered other substitutes instead of waiting but honestly I was looking forward to a good bowl of Oatmeal! At least my usual banana berry was delicious as always. I am writing this review after my third visit and I think I will just stick to the Concord/Kannapolis location from now on. I went inside, waited about 5 minutes for someone to come to the front counter, and no one showed up. I took a peek around the back room and didn't see anyone. Unsure of the reason but I can't stick around all day. I give this 3 stars, mainly because I know the quality of JJ and what potential this location has, but right now it's just not there.
