Welcomed, Appreciated, and Genuine are the first three words that come to my mind when describing my first experience with Chef Kevin, his wife Amy, and their incredible staff. We have had Binkley's on our radar for a year now since we first moved to the Valley. We found them on their Instagram page at https://www.instagram.com/chefbinkley. The imagery contained therein will definitely inspire and stoke your desire to dine there.
Before arriving, we had hoped it would be everything we wanted in a dining "experience". Yes, this night is more like an admission to the Cabaret or Theatre and not you're usual "order off the menu" monotony. The show moves on with or without you. The synchronized organization of the 20+ course evening is quite impressive in that the menu changes so often and they appear to pull it off without a hitch. So how do they get it so right?? I think it's because it feels like everyone really enjoys working there. You will notice this the first 10 minutes you are there.
You WILL leave there after 4+ hours feeling "WOW'd", you will immediately begin discussing when you make it back, and you will mark this experience in your book as one of your all-time favorites. The Michelin stars are in the mail.
