  • Went from 5 stars to 1. Have never been so insulted in my life when they made me wait 45 minutes and then let someone else go ahead of me and forced me to wait another half hour - which I did not. I have been going to this salon for over 5 years. The manager - who won't tell me her name - told me off now two times. I went in again to try and let her know how uncomfortable I was with the way she treated me and that I wanted to burry the hatchet and give her the benefit of the doubt. She took no responsibility and went out of her way to yell at me again saying it wasn't her fault?! Totally baffled at how she can retain customers and am sad to say that I will never go back again. This was my neighborhood nail salon! Plus she won't tell me her name to complain to the owner. Hopefully they read this and know who they have as the face of the salon. Not a good look.
