  • Carefree Floors saved the day !!!! I had all my furniture outside, ready for my carpet and tile to be cleaned for a big party I was having the next day. My usual carpet man did not show, nor call !!!:( At 11:00 am I called Carefree Floors with my fingers crossed. A wonderful woman answered the phone and said , let me check and see if we can get a crew there today... After a very short time, she returned and said, that will not be a problem... We will have a crew there by 1 pm. They showed up. They were very polite. They were so informative and told me things I never knew. Went right to cleaning. Took care of all my issues, without any of the extra charges( it was included ) and my floors have never been cleaner ( except the day after the house was built ) by the way, I also ask about another service? The owner told my husband " it is a waste of money " How often does that happen ? Well I threw out my old business card for carpets and replaced them with Carefree Floors !!!!!! Thank you..!!!!!!!!
