First off, this Starbucks is always slow. So if you have an extra 15-20 minutes sitting in a drive thru for a lousy cup of coffee then this is your spot to go to. And if you are wiling to be frustrated in the actual store as the baristas make your order after everyone else's, so be it! Today, I asked if a barista could split a Venti Frap into two cups, and I was rudely yelled at through the speaker "NO YOU CANNOT". Then, I was confronted at the drive thru by the "manager". She said "do not come back to this location or you will get in trouble if you try to order that again." Um excuse me! How hard is it to put my PAID drink into two cups! Are they lazy? Are they cheap? Whats the big deal? Every other Starbucks has done this for me without a problem. Oh and another time, a barista actually "forgot" to give me back my card at the drive thru and I realized after the fact. I went in and the manager had my card, but failed to offer me anything in spite of the major breach of trust and inconvenience Guess I will not be going back to this location. I suggest you do the same.
