I have been with this company for more than few years now, but I have had bad service last few times. We had Eric as technician for the longest time and we were truly satifsfied with his service. However, since they changed our technician I have nothing but less than mediocore service. I have called them back because they didn't do thorough job. They forget to give me mice trap when I asked or they said that they were out of the insect trap I needed etc. They don't check all the traps I have around the house etc. When this happens, the technician usually told me that they would bring them back at next service. If I want sooner, then I have to call back to reschedule on their convenience, not the day I am available. This time around, the tech came to my house and 5 minutes later he left. How could he spray all around the house and backyard, and check all the insect trap around house within 5 minutes!? It was after 6p and it was dark outside. I checked after he left only to find that nothing seemed to be done. The bill was inserted in the backdoor. I was convinced that he just came and did nothing worth of almost $70 service as far as Im concerned.
Technician represents the company. It maybe a great company, but I haven't received that kind of service last few times at least, yet my bi-monthly due keeps going up and up. I expect the service to be reflecting the price. If I have new technician who does the superior service, then I would think again this company is wonderful. I dealt with their less than standard practice for a little while and I think Im done with this company. It has been more hustle with them than satisfying service.
