I will tell you; this place is an embarrassment. They obviously opened well before all components were in tact; no alcohol in the facility, an incompetent desk staff not trained to know the area, and worst of all, a hotel that is only 10% actually open without any of the amenities you expect in the area. This is a facade of a facility to claim that it is actually open to the public. Avoid at all costs 3 months after their "grand" opening.
I was told "Sir, you don't have to be rude" by calling twice to ask what restaruatns deliver to the hotel. Your staff member Andrew followed on with, I've only been here three weeks as a justification to this notion.
I not only felt insulted, I also felt the hotel was generally inaccessible to all things entertaining in Vegas as well as lacked an connection to the "vegas experience" we came out here expecting.
