Made the bad decision of spending my 30th Birthday here and booking four rooms. With the exception of the bellmen, the customer service pales in comparison to that of other "Four Star" Vegas hotels. My guest and I were not treated as welcomed guest. A guest in my party had trouble with their room key the entire time. The lighting was entirely too dim. You can hear the music from Drais in your room the entire night, which would be fine, if we were actually welcomed to the club. We were treated like second class citizens after we were told by reception that both the night club and after hours were complimentary to guest. My party and I had to constantly show our id's, room keys and negotiate to gain entrance. We even had to pay for the after hours. I will never patron this hotel again. In a nutshell the Cromwell is well decorated and over all a nice hotel, but the customer service makes it feel more like a motel 6. Actually worse. I wouldn't want to insult motel 6. Good luck
