  • I had tires, balancing, alignment done here. Car never drove well after work was done. Brought the car back 3 additional times and problems only got worse. After having tires rebalanced at another shop, found that 3 of 4 were balanced incorrectly. Alignment shop printout indicates that I paid for an alignment that never happened. Also, the 2 new tires installed by firestone were installed backwards. Honestly, it doesn't get any worse than this. I should be receiving a refund of 100% of the labor I spent on this car at Firestone.
