So my workout used to consist of going to the gym working out on machines until it hurt lowering the weight and keep going. Doing that i was a little sore and wasn't really losing any weight. I was asked to do pilates by my wife and a friend and i thought yea ok pilates is for chicks ill still have to go to the gym. I was so wrong your not a man unless you can do a mat session and a session on the reformer a week. I went from a 35 to a 32 i(pushing a 31) and I feel sore (the good kind makes you wana go back). You know its working your core gets tired then uses all those little muscles that you didn't know you had to make up for it. If you want a body like bruce lee this is the place!!
