  • I'm giving volcano one stars because we ordered four drinks; vanilla, two durian, and avocado. So three out of the four was the correct order. We ordered one of the durian drink with no boba or milk and when we got the order there was boba and I'm pretty sure they also put in milk. I asked for them to redo the order because it's wrong but all they did was look at me like I'm crazy. They also told me we had to order & pay for a new one. Like really I did pay for one already and they messed up my order and does not have the courtesy to redo my order. Horrible service! So in the end I left the store because they were just not doing anything about their mistake. This is one of the many reasons to why I don't ever go to volcano tea anymore. Especially when there are many other stores now that will own up to their mistakes and fix it and have way better service.
