  • I wish I could give them no stars. This is the worst airline I have ever encountered along with american airlines. I flew back from Dominican Republic on landed in Charlotte, NC to get my connection. First of all, we were stuck on the plane for 3 hours and our connection never even showed up to the airport. They put us on another plane that was leaving at 1030pm and told us finally at midnight that it was cancelled due to no crew showing up. However, we found out that that flight was cancelled around 5pm and they were never supposed to book anyone on it. So they booked a ton of people on a cancelled flight and didn't tell us until midnight. We weren't able to get our luggage back, they told us they had no more vouchers for hotels to put us somewhere over night and they told us we couldn't get a flight until friday at 4pm and it was wednesday. We were supposed to be home in NJ at 11pm on wednesday and now they are telling us nothing until 4pm on friday. They didn't accommodate us at all. Told us they couldn't book us on another airline or anything, that it had to be with them. We ended up renting a car and driving back to NJ and got there before any of our flights would have gotten us back home. They also tried to put us on a flight on thursday to go to chicago and take a connection there back to NJ. Another connection and 8 hours of flying when we were 2 hours away from NJ in flying time. I will never book another flight with them in my life. This was my first time with this airlines and it will also be my last time. Avoid them at all costs and also avoid charlotte airport. They are the worst airport for a big international airport. They also are not accommodating and everything closes in the airport at 9pm. Everyone stay away!
