  • Absolutely the worst experience I have had with an service company, and that's. Not easy to say! I have had two appointments with them and both times they have exceeded their 4 hour appointment window without calling. I was forced to use them because I needed my Bosch dishwasher repaired and this is the only authorized service they (Bosch) would give me. My next complaint will be to Bosch, do not use Kings Appliance repair, you have been warned!
